Do you use chemicals?
Yes, if required. We use the best machines that clean thoroughly and quickly, but sometimes stubborn mould remains under the surface of the concrete, so we accurately spray chlorine on this after the cleaning process to kill the spores and slow the regrowth of mould. Degreaser also helps to break down oil that is on your concrete surfaces.
Do you need access to water and electricity?
Yes and no, we do need access to water but we use petrol powered machines so don’t need access to power.
How do you clean concrete?
We use an awesome machine with a rotorwash attachment which is almost a $12,000 investment. The high end machine from Spitwater delivers excellent results in the shortest time frame, and the rotorwash is a circular disc that has 2 nozzles underneath that spin very fast. Its cleans evenly because the nozzles are always at the same distance from the surface so you don’t end up with stripes like when you clean with a wand.
How long does it take to clean the average driveway/path?
The “typical” property will take between 1-2 hours depending on the condition of the concrete, and how large the area is that needs cleaning.
Do you clean roofs and houses?
Sorry but no. We used to clean everything but found over time that we are better suited to the hard surfaces on the ground. Our machine has a high water flow which occasionally resulted in water leaking through windows when we cleaned houses and anything up a ladder is too dangerous for us.
Do you offer a cheaper price?
Sometimes we will negotiate on price but we are very fair with our pricing to start with. We always discount work for pensioners and the elderly.
When are you available?
We are generally only available on Wednesdays and Thursdays, so please ensure you book in advance.
What are your payment methods?
We accept cash on the day, or direct transfer to our bank account. Unfortunately we do not have credit card facilities.
